This is one of the best TUDCA supplements I’ve used so far. It's a bit tricky. It says 2000 mg with big puntos, actually each tablet 1000 mg and one box is for 1 month if you are getting 2000 mg daily.

This has helped tremendously and I am thankful. My digestion is better and I feel so much lighter I think has helped with hormonal balance for me wish I have always struggled with and I was hesitant to buy it at first I do research and I am so glad I went for TUDCA amazing supplement so worth it.

These were a really good deal. I like that it's a two pack. They are easy to swallow with no bitter after taste. I can't say if they've helped with my fatty liver yet. I've got to wait fie another ct scan. I can say I've been taking these for a couple months with no adverse effects.
