Can this scooter get up a 2 inch and a 3 inch up doorstep without a ramp?

A 2”ramp I think would be doable. A 3” doorstep...I’m not sure. My mother won’t use this...yet. Stubborn!!!

Is this TSA approved for airplane travel?

What kind of battery does it have?

It has two 12 v. batteries. It is very strong and powerful. This is a really great scooter and only took 10 minutes to unpack and assemble. Good Luck, Julian

Why is it so difficult to disconnect battery cables

Mine isn't difficult to disconnect. Maybe because yours is so new or maybe you have it connected wrong. It shouldn't be so hard to operate. Maybe you should call three creator of three product or three company who made it.
