I fought algae in my pool for two years after installing a new sand filter and sand. I was about to give up and tear the pool down, but I decided to give this sand a try. It may be expensive, but you don’t have to wash it first. Dump it in and go. My water is now crystal clear with no algae.

There’s literally not much that can go wrong with selling bags of sand…However, rating 3 stars because the bag of sand was shipped with a hole in it. Caused sand to leak out in box.

The sand is clean and exactly as described. The bag had a small tear in it when I opened the box it was mailed in, so I had a bit of mess pour out. I forgot that I don’t own a pool.

The bag size is easy to handle.
