If you need comfort food, if you're into carbo-loading before exercise, if you like pure deliciousious, there is nothing better than Malt-o-Meal!Make sure to use a whisk when cooking--constantly stirring! Add walnuts, raisins, butter, maple syrup, berries! Wow! Wash the pot and whisk immediately or you'll end up chipping off cereal cement--a testament to its protein content.Warning, this is not everyday food. It's a fun treat with some nutrition, but it's also super processed.

For some reason I can never find the chocolate flavor in any stores so I order from Amazon. I eat this to help me hit my daily iron intake since I don't eat much meat. The product is fresh and tastes great, just like when I was a kid. I'll continue to order it.

This is a throwback of my childhood! I got this for when I had my hip replacement surgery knowing that it would be easy to make and it would fill my belly! I was not disappointed at all and it brought back so many memories! The quality is just as I remembered, the value is perfect and it warms the belly just right! I’m so glad I decided to purchase this, it’s the perfect size for your money!
