I have been using this for 6 months and it has made a significant difference in my hair health. I was shedding profusely before and had lost a lot of hair previously as well. Now though, my hair is thick, shiny and healthy. You will need to use at least two bottles before you see any change but once it starts you won't want to be without it. I'm on autoship because I don't want to chance it. It is expensive, yes, but it's been totally worth it to me to have my hair back. I pour it in my coffee every morning but I think it tastes great on its own.

This has really helped my hair from falling out!! I had lost almost half my hair from anesthesia. Was starting to get depressed. Starting using this. Within a month I noticed a big difference when I would wash my hair!!! And it taste so good in my coffee!

I’m rating this based purely on taste! I read a few other reviews where people said it was spoiled when It arrived, but I think that’s because it’s shipped in a regular Amazon box. The label actually specifies that the product should be refrigerated before AND after opening. I hope Amazon changes this bc this cost way too much to be spoiled on arrival.I tasted a little when it arrived and there was a vitamin like taste. Not BAD, but just like a vitamin lol. Wasn’t super pleasant but i shrugged it off. But I immediately refrigerated it as suggested after this and the next morning when I took it, it was great! Very tasty!! Kind of reminds me of a pastry filling and could definitely be good in coffee. It’s an almost a cookie butter taste. It’s become the favorite part of my morning 😂.Can’t tell you if it works in terms of hair growth or whatever, but I took the other Mary Ruth’s liquid multivitamin with hair growth (peach) and I did see some difference so I assumed this would work the same.Overall, I’d say it’s worth a shot. It’s definitely pricey, but At minimum, the biotin content is enough to make a huge difference in your hair growth (10k mg). Just don’t delay in refrigeration. I think that’s the key for best taste.4 stars since I’m unsure of how it well it works and bc of the price.

Love it!!!! I’ve been taking it paired with the new liquid hair supplement and I’m seeing hair growth on my edges. It’s thick to swallow but it goes down easily and tastes sweet, like cookie but I don’t mind it.

Please do your research! I wish I had read the negative reviews as well.As soon as I received this vitamin, I was excited to try it. I've had Mary Ruth's brand in the past and I never had issues. I felt very confident that this would be okay. I've had their biotin gummies, their liquid multivitamin, and their hair growth multivitamin. None of those have caused any issues for me except for this one.I had the recommended dosage of 15mL around 8 or 9pm. By 12am, I felt discomfort in my stomach and did go to the bathroom. When I woke up at 5am for work, I ended up vomiting and feeling extremely awful. My body was shaking a bit and I was feeling a lot of pain in my stomach. Around 10am, I couldn't take it anymore and vomited. I had Pepto Bismol and it did not work. I couldn't throw up or go to the bathroom so I thought taking milk of magnesium might help so I took that. Of course, it worked however the discomfort and pain remained. The next day I felt the same. I thought, well, I have to try and eat something so I had a couple pieces of watermelon, about 4 or 5 diced pieces and right after that, I felt so much pain. From 1 to 10, it was 100. I had to leave work early and took myself to urgent care. Urgent care advised me to run to the ER as they couldn't help me. The ER ended up giving me an IV of pain killers and nausea. They also prescribed me with stomach cramps meds, nausea meds, and Tylenol #3 for pain. They recommended I follow up with my primary care. It's been a day since I went to the ER, I stopped the medication I was given to see if the symptoms have subsided; to be honest, not really. As I'm typing this, I feel discomfort and cramping however, the pain is not as excruciating as it was yesterday when I took myself to the ER. This is the kind of pain that caused me to be hunched over, couldn't walk straight, and had me crying to the nurses. I was crying because of the amount of pain I was in. The doctor pressed on my stomach to check which area hurt the most and god... That was so much worse. I don't wish this upon anyone. Please, please be careful. All I had was 1 of the recommended dosage for the very first time. I don't know what happened. I don't know if I'm allergic to any of the ingredients. I don't know. But I'm never trying this ever again in my life. I lost my money and hours at work that I can't get back. I pray that I'm better tomorrow because I'm terrified of this developing into something worse. I hope this review helps someone.I also have proof of having an IV and receipt proof of my prescribed medication if this were to escalate.Please. Do your research. Be careful.

This take me so long to finish the bottle, the taste is not the best. Its thick I had to dilute it inorder to drink it. I don't even know if it's working
