I'm very pleased with this coffee maker. It automates the exact procedure I was doing manually to make a cup of pour over coffee. It is set up for a 16 to 1 water to coffee ratio using 16g of coffee, and I prefer 17 to 1, but I can easily achieve that if I use 15g of coffee instead. I'm quite happy with the taste of the brew, and each cup is the same. The appliance has a very small footprint, and it is easy to clean. It would be even more perfect if it made 10 or 12 oz. of coffee instead of 8, but it works so well that I can live with that. I've been looking for something like this for a long time, and this does the job admirably.

I love this coffee maker. It is easy to use and makes good coffee. No need to buy an expensive machine and it is environmentally conscious (no more wasteful and expensive pods for me). It took a few tries but I finally figured out the right amount of coffee grounds to make my perfect cup.

Kinda cheap but actually works pretty well. Good value for money. It’s certainly not the fanciest coffee maker on the market in that it’s mostly plastic but it does a good job of heating the water to a precise temperature and distributing it evenly in a circular pattern. As far as I know the only single cup pour over machine that does this. I’ve been using it every day for about 3 weeks and so far has exceeded expectations. The v60 it comes with is plastic, however so I replaced it with a glass Kalita wave which works great.

I found the coffee to taste great, but the cup size is simply too small for my needs. Additionally, the water doesn't get hot enough, and the overall brewing process takes longer than I expected for what I thought would be a more convenient pour-over method.On the positive side, the design is nice, and the electric motorized parts function well. However, every time I use it, I end up having to brew twice to make enough coffee, which just isn't realistic for us. Overall, while the coffee is good, the practicality falls short.

It's rare these days to buy anything that lives up to its online description. This little guy does just that. After years of standing over a Vario pourover cone and patiently dribbling hot water over the coffee grounds I thought, "there's GOT to be a better way". This gadget is the better way. It works exactly as described. Follow the directions to the letter and the result is one perfectly brewed cup of coffee. This thing does it all; every step in the manual pourover process is here. The rinsing of the paper filter, the blooming of the grounds, the orbital dispensing of the water are all automated. Cup after cup, you get a perfect result. Highly recommended.

There are a few things I didn't like about this coffee maker, but the real deal breaker is the glass carafe. It gets very, very hot and is difficult to grasp even with the silicon wrapper. The tip of my pinkie finger happened to touch the glass below the silicon the only time I used it. I about jumped out of my skin it was so hot. While it didn't blister it was painful and quite red. I don't know if all makers get that hot or mine was malfunctioning. I didn't try it again. I also don't like that it only makes 8 oz at a time. My coffee cup is 14 oz and my DH's cup is 10 so the 8 is just inconvenient. Also the glass carafe doesn't have a handle or a spout so not only picking it up is hazardous, but pouring from any container which doesn't have a spout can be troublesome especially when the liquid is over 200 degrees. Additionally it is noisy, not just coffee maker noisy, but that times 2. I returned it. Also, you may have to pay return shipping fees.

The coffee coming out of this tastes amazing. My girlfriend loves pour over, but because of physical limitations, can't make it on a regular basis. This machine does all of the heavy lifting and the coffee tastes great. We both wish it had a 16oz version, but she can make two portions when she wants more. Overall, it's a pretty cool little machine, and works great.
