Red light therapy at an affordable price! It seems to be effective, although I only bought it a month ago and the jury is still out. It’s lightweight and easy to use, though, so at least I’ll have no problem sticking with a regimen of consistent usage..However, it does need a redesign, as others have mentioned. Putting the power connection directly on top of the lamp casing (instead of the base or the post) was a silly choice, as was going with an incredibly narrow base for something so tall and top heavy. It takes almost nothing at all to topple the lamp right over while using the remote, and the weight of the wired remote is enough to pull and turn the lamp sideways just when letting it go or setting it downStill, I rate the lamp highly for affordability and my initial impression of effectiveness. With the design flaws corrected in future iterations, this could be a 5-star product.

t’s a nice build in the sense that it can be customized for height & projection, lightweight and can easily maneuver; but sometimes the ball joint that held the square part where the lights come out of; would not tighten enough to stay in place in the position I needed it to be in while I laid in bed upright.It did have heat that emitted but you need to know that you have to be 6 inches away from this thing MINIMUM to get the full effects and also naked…clothes will block the strength and if material is black then it will be completely blocked.Sometimes when I would try to move it/the pole popped out as well and I’d have to stick it back in; could have been user error on my end with not tightening enough.I ultimately decided to return it because it does not state low EFT, is not FDA approved, nor medical grade (so wavelengths are probably pretty low).I want to ensure the red light therapy I am using does not emit bad energy my way and also has good strength to penetrate and really make a noticeable difference in a decent amount of time.

Easy enough to put together. It can feel fragile with all the thinner moving parts especially around my 50 pound dog, so I try to keep it out of harms way or high traffic areas. It has great movement range, again just be careful to not yank in the wrong direction because I don't think it can handle that and would be bent easily. As far as the lighting goes, it is great coverage. It comes with sunglasses to wear which was handy. I immediately used each day for the 30 minutes that the timer has and have seen great results. My face feels firmer and my skin texture has improved. My makeup looks a bit more flawless and glowing. My skincare feels more potent. I haven't gotten any outside complements yet but I can see the subtly differences. I have been using at least 5 days out of the week for the past 2 weeks. Want to buy another one for the living room to use while I sit and watch TV. I currently have mine next to my bed and do a meditation while I bake!
