Review: Great value at £118 (Feb 24), and a great product. - The assembly instructions could be better but it's not too difficult to figure out. Overall this is a great product, manufactured to a high standard. I've been using it for a few weeks now without any problems whatsoever, and it's much more convenient than a typical filter jug. Most importantly, it does a great job of providing clean, clear, filtered water.

A: Yes, after reviewing feedback we have recently updated our instructions manual and it now comes in more detailed and in 4 languanges, English, French, Spanish & German. Its also available to download below.

**Q: Why do some brands have faster purification as compared to Euroguard?**
A: Faster flow rate doesn't mean better purification to the contrary since we use activated carbon filters will less lowest microns for water to pass through it takes longer time. Which actually also means better purification.

**Q: Do gravity water filters remove minerals from water?**
A: We provide activated carbon elements and they reduce certain minerals, but they don't remove essential minerals necessary for health.

**Q: How often should I replace the filter?**
A: We recommend replacing filters every 3-6 months or every 5000 gallons of water, but it also depends on quality water which you are using.

**Q: What contaminants do gravity water filters remove?**
A: It removes Chlorines, Fluoride, Heavy Metals (including Lead), Microplastics, Particles (to 0.2 Micron >99.9%), Bacteria, Cryptosporidium, Cysts (>99.9%), and reduces THMs while retaining vital natural minerals from the source water.
