Frame came in a very nice box and well secured for safety. Due to weather it was delivered later than originally projected but no one’s fault just an is. Inside the box was the frame, cord and instruction booklet. Frame is able to show pictures, play music and videos and be controlled via wifi. It was very well packaged and would be perfect to give as a gift. I am working long hours at the moment and haven’t had time to actually try to load anything on it but my first impressions have been favorable for sure and I look forward to playing with it more. At first reading the instructions were also well written and understandable.

This picture frame does not work unless it is plugged in with the provided wall plug, which is too short to reach my outlet when hung on the wall. So it is still sitting in the box. To use this, I would have to either 1) use an extension cord to hang it on my wall, which is unsightly or 2) not hang it on the wall and place it on a table, which is not where I want it. It would be nice if had a longer cord or could run on usb so that I could use one that is long enough. Or battery option would have been nice so it is cordless. Another problem is you can't change the clock style after you choose one. So if you want to try different styles to see how it looks, you can't - you are stuck with the first one you choose. I transferred a few pictures but stopped when I realized that this picture frame was not going to work for me. I'm not happy with this product at all.

I love this photo frame. I also love the idea of having a digital photo frame. Why print a hundred pictures when you can watch them all on one frame. It is super easy to install the app and upload pictures and videos. The size of the photo frame is perfect as well. You can use it in both portrait or landscape mode. It has a high picture quality. It makes a bing sound when someone uploads a picture or video on it. Makes an excellent gift for distant family members.The only problem is that it lose its connectivity with the app sometimes, and the pictures get disorientated when you turn off and then turn on. That is anyway a possibility with any digital product.
