Great set for muscle relief!
This is a nice set to help with muscle relief and recovery. The three different rollers come in a convenient carrying and storage bag. The largest foam roller is firm and works well for my back. The smaller stick is super portable and great for all over. I don’t really use the small spiky ball, but it could be used for feet or precise targeting of muscle soreness.

Great for rolling out many muscles.
I've tried out a few different foam rollers and this set does really well!It comes with more than I typically pick up when looking at rollers. The back foam roller works quite nicely as does the ball. I didn't find the roller stick to work that great for me though. The storage bag is quite handy to keep all of these items together. It makes storing everything a lot less chaotic. I probably would have lost something without it.I'm a bit under 200lbs and the back roller holds up perfectly. I haven't had any issues with it while using it to roll out my back. It works well no matter how much of my weight I put on it during normal use. What I liked about it: Good set of rollers. Stores neatly in the included bag. What I didn't like: The roller stick isn't the greatest.Overall, I recommend this foam roller set.

Nice set!
Nice little packaged set here. The massage stick is perfect if you can get someone else to use it on you and get the blood flow moving. The spiky ball isn't my favorite thing. I'd rather use a lacrosse ball or peanut to get at knots in muscles or roll under my feet. The roller is great, as long as you aren't a beginner with this stuff. It's very hard and the nubs really get in there but you have to know how to use it or else it's going to hurt. Feels great on my hip flexors! The carrying bag is a nice addition to keep everything together whether for travel or just leaving in the home.

Solid muscle recovery kit.
Nice massage recovery kit that is on the firmer side. The roller is very functional and the stiffness worked well on my legs. The stick roller and the spiked ball is a nice touch for the gym bag. However, if you have really sensitive muscles, this kit may not be for you. It is for me

Great set
Starting with the carrying bag. It is simple, and effective. There is a carry handle that you can use to throw it over your shoulder. It makes things easy to keep together and neat, and if I want to throw it all in my gym bag, I can. The foam roller is a smaller one, what I consider a travel size, but is big enough to do what it needs to. It’s a harder foam, not for beginners, but I love it because it digs in and I need that. The little roller with handles is good for targeting specific muscles like your legs, and someone else can use it wherever you need to focus on smaller areas. The knobs are small and almost pointy feeling but they are great for stimulating blood flow to the area you are targeting. This roller is made of some kind of hard plastic. The small ball is made of the same material and I have been using it as I drive. I’ve been putting it between my back and seat and just digging it into bound up muscles. I am a bodybuilder and use these types of tools daily to keep my muscle loose and to help heal them. This little kit is a perfect grab and go and use wherever you need kind of a deal. Everything is put together nicely and arms to be made with good materials. It should last for a long time and help anyone who uses these tools.

Small with cheap parts
This roller is smaller than what it looks. The foam feels more like a hard plastic making the ridges on it painful on the back and neck. Since it isn’t very big lengthwise, using it on the lower back and even calves makes it awkward. It slips right out of position. I would have liked it if the roller felt more like foam vs plastic. The small components it came with seem cheap, squeak as they roll, and were probably just thrown in as fillers, the bag for the roller is thin and will probably tear. This product just seems cheap overall.
