I have used my table and it is great. High heat. Easy to clean. Many options. One of the trays was lost in shipping. I reached out to the seller and they immediately responded and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this item and the amazing seller as well.

Great set, and just as advertised. Some minor points to consider--yes, this is a 8 person (8 drawer) set, but its nigh impossible to sit 8 people around this comfortably not to mention having 8 people try to use the grills on the top--but consider this, use it as a 4 person set where everyone gets 2 drawers--then it totally exceeds expectations! It does heat a bit slowly, but that's not a problem, just be patient, have a glass of wine and it'll be fine. Things that could be better, would be a temperature dial instead of on or off--not a deal breaker, but when my fondue pot ran low I found it too be a little too hot, so I alternated on/off by toggling and it worked okay but a dial would be better. A also wish that you could order a replacement grill-top for the middle burner for such times as you don't want a Fondue pot. Even with only 4 people that grill space is a premium! All in all, very FUN to use, works great and is the centerpiece of your dinner party. Highly recommend!

I gave this to my wife but she thought was too big and we wouldn't be using that much. While the price was extremely good, we returned. My wife is always right.

Super fun product for gathering a family or friends for dinner. We had a blast sitting around the table and cooking our food on this appliance. We had 5 people eating from it and it provided more than enough space for all of us. We could have easily added more people to the party.

Every Valentine's Day I have a fondue party with my family (adults as well as kiddos). This year I decided to try this raclette grill as a substitute to my traditional fondue pot. We loved this! We all voted and agreed we'd prefer to forgo the fondue pot altogether and just use this. Much faster when we have several people all trying to cook their food at the same time. We can just leave our meat grilling and come back to it when it was ready. I'm considering buying a second one too have available for next year.

It's not bad heats up pretty slow but once hot cooks really good

my wife and i have started a tradition of cheese fondue on xmas and broth fondue on the 4th. this set is just amazing. overkill for the 2 of us but probably spot on for 4 people. 8 would be possible but pushing it. you could always just hand out forks to everyone and say dig in. controls are nice. design is great. i just love it. underside coating of surfaces that do not see food could be better. feels like powder to the touch. i am sure will not last and start rusting. but the flavors in the food it produces appear to be blinding my judgement. is it xmas yet?
