Great flavour and crispy.
The Rakusen’s tea Matzo are very crispy. They are very nice with butter and cheese and gherkins. They make a nice snack and they are a great alternative if you don’t fancy a sandwich. These are delicious tasting and if you are trying to avoid bread then these make a good choice.

Love tea Matzos please don’t substitute!
Last couple of times I’ve ordered tea matzos and stated no substitute -they have been substituted with the big matzos. Very annoying !
