Nice Shower System
I bought this shower system because my mother wanted a vertical pole to keep the handheld in place. This one is perfect. It's beautiful, and I love the rain head.

Quality, looks great. A little skill involved for installation
Looks great and was well packaged. The only issue I had was with the wand's supply fixture. The NPT pipe was too short to clear the thickness of the wall so I had to makeshift a fix to get it to not wobble. Fix worked. I would buy again.

Great Product & Even Greater Customer Service
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Let me begin this review with a shout out to their customer service because they truly deserve the praise. We bought this shower system for our master bath renovation which was recently completed. When we used the shower for the first time, we found an issue with the hose that was attached to the handheld. We immediately contacted the seller via email. They responded the next day and asked us to send a video so they could properly asses the issue. Within two days, we received the new replacement part which was even an upgrade from the original one. All this time, they had kept us posted thru email. To our pleasant surprise, we found out that this product comes with free replacement parts within 5 years! PRODUCT: We are 100% satisfied with this item. It is beautifully made & high quality for the price. The matte black finish & minimalist design is so sleek. We like that all the controls are all housed in one & easy to figure out. Even our contractor thinks this is a really good Amazon buy.

Excellent Customer Service and Great Shower System
I was looking for a dual shower head system—one that provides a rainfall shower to cover the entire body and another handheld option for targeted cleaning. This system offers both features and also includes a sliding bar, allowing me to easily adjust the height of the handheld shower head. This means I don’t have to hold it while using it, which is a major convenience. I couldn’t find many other systems that combine dual shower heads with a sliding bar. My only concern was that this particular system is made in China and not from a well-known brand, so I was unsure about the availability of replacement parts in the future. However, after reaching out to customer support, I was pleasantly surprised by their quick response. They not only answered all my questions but also proactively sent me a spare part I had inquired about. Truly excellent customer service!

An elegant addition.
This shower faucet is exactly what I wanted. It’s elegant as well as functional and adds “that special touch” in our master bath.

We love this
We have only been using this for a couple weeks and Love it. We actually bought two of these. One in the master bath and one for the guest bath. The rain head is the perfect size and the water volume on high is fantastic, We love it. The adjustable hight wand is great too. We had one control valve that leaked out of the box. We contacted the seller and they shipped one right out at no charge. The quality and finish seams the same like others 3 or 4 times the price. Definitely recommend this to anyone. If problems arise we will update. We have now installed the second one in the spare bath. It is also very nice, we love these and very easy to install. My wife and I did the install ourselves and just followed the instructions and used the included template. Both are a perfect fit, no leaks or gaps. Definitely would buy again. Poor finish quality, not worth the hassle!
Ordered Gold Brushed Shower set and received only three items gold brushed, all the others are gold mirror shiny. Tried to get hem to replace them, good luck with that, ZERO after sale support customer, ZERO after sale support from Amazon! Think again ordering from this seller!
