This is such a great item. I was having a large group of family to our place at the beach and I knew the women would be drinking wine.I ordered 11 of these as welcome gifts and they were a huge hit, not to mention the fact that they kept the wine nice and cool in the hot Florida weather.

The product description states "Double Wall Vacuum Sealed Insulated Wine Glass + Goblet..." Since "+" means 'plus, - i.e. 'in addition, I thought I was getting two glasses - a wine glass and a goblet (which is usually larger than a wine glass). Apparently the vendor was trying to describe it as a wine glass / goblet (multi-purpose). I haven't yet used it but the glass looks like it will be okay. I am just very upset about the deceptive wording of the product description. For a single glass there wer other vendors that were a couple bucks less, but I chose this one specifically because I thought it was a 2 for 1 sort of thing.

I was impressed by the overall appearance of these huge stainless steel wine goblets. However, when I filled them with a beverage, I noticed that the goblets ( as they're referred) wobbled back and forth when touched. Upon close inspection, I discovered that the rubber base of these goblets create a slight bulge, which prevents the goblets from standing firm and steady on a hard flat surface — they can easily tip over. I've thought of trying to remove the rubber bases, but for now, I have no use for them.

I bought 2 of these wonderful glasses! We make hot chocolate with a little rum in it, also mulled red wine. In the summer we use it for chilled white wine. There is only one complaint: They are slightly wobbly...which makes drinking hot chocolate and hot red wine somewhat tricky. So far we are placing the glasses very gingerly on tableclothes, but one of these days we‘ll tip one over and possibly burn ourselves and ruin a tablecloth for sure. Too bad, because in all other respects they are perfect.

These are awesome for keeping beverages cold even if it is warm outside. Love the lid - no annoying insects. They look really classy with the brushed stainless finish. Well balanced feel in the hand. I would buy these again.

I love these, keeping my drink cold spill proof, and looks great at the same time. That is a win in my book. Great product. They are stable and do not wobble like one of the other reviews said. I was afraid of that. But no worries. They are awesome.UPDATE: These are not completely spill proof. I knocked it over and a small amount of liquid did leak out. So keep that in mind if drinking red wine around light colors. Losing one star for that. It is supposed to be spill proof.

These goblets, I purchased the 14 ounce pair, are great for outdoor use. I use mine at and in the pool. They will just hold a 12 ounce beer with the leak resistant lid in place. With the sip door closed they are virtually, not completely, leak proof. they will dribble a little if they stay in a fallen position. I use mine to drink craft and Belgian beers, no off flavors are imparted by the stainless steel or plastic lid and the double insulated sides keep beverage cold.

I'm not a wine drinker, but I like goblets, especially double-walled ones with lids. So far, this is working out very well. It keeps ice water nice and cold for hours. It does sweat a tiny bit, but not enough to bother me and make me want to return it.This is a great goblet for any kind of drink--hot or cold--and I recommend it.
