First of all the presentation of this product is exceptional. The box and carry case are unusually high quality for a set of hair clippers, and are much better quality than the boxes or cases that come with every other set of clippers I've bought in the past. They come with a lot of accessories which will be useful and suitable for the majority of people who shave their own heads at home.I bought these clippers a few months ago, and I wanted to wait until I had used them several times before I wrote a review so I could see how they lasted over the short to medium term. I've had other electrical items that worked great at first then after a bit of time started to develop faults, but so far so good with these.Using the open blade they cut fairly well but you will need to go over the same area a few times to get a decent close cut. They are not wonder clippers that will shave down to the bone with just one pass, but they do a decent job. If you want a shorter closer cut you will need to get something else, such as a skull shaver. If you just want a regular open blade cut then these will be fine for you.The digital display is a nice touch and really adds to the look of these shavers, giving you an accurate display of battery life and charging status etc. It even has a symbol that let's you know you need to add oil to the blade, but mine seems to stay on all the time, but this is not a problem for me.My only negative impression of these clippers, and the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 stars, is the fact that the blade is slightly mis-aligned where it is connected to the shaver body. It's only out by a fraction of a degree but you can notice this when you look closely. I don't think this affects the performance of the razor and I haven't contacted the seller regarding this because honestly it doesn't really bother me. But it is a manufacturing defect and is the only negative thing I can find wrong with this shaver. Other than that, this is a 5 star product at the price.

The first is a hair clipper, impressively heavy and well-built. It feels solid in hand and features a lever to adjust the cutting length and 8 guide combs. The second is a smaller clipper, perfect for detailed work like beard styling, and comes with 6 guides (ranging from 1 to 6 mm).The set doesn't just stop at the Clippers. It includes lubricating oil, a cleaning brush, two USB charging cables, a barber's comb, and even an apron! For under £40 (as of this writing), the value is outstanding, especially given the quality of the build.When turned on, the shaver displays the charge percentage, speed, fuel quantity, and charging reminders – a nifty feature. So far, I've used it primarily for detailing my beard, it did pull and nick, leaving my skin red, so for this, it lost a star. It cut well, but the redness it left was a concern. I haven't tried the larger clipper yet, but it seems robust. For the value and build quality, this is a good product.
