Great for oiling mechanical parts
I’ve been using these for my hobby and not for medical use. So, I can’t give a review on how good or bad they are for injections. However, the free alcohol wipes are a great replacement for my first aid kit. They are not really suitable for electrical cleaning as they are only 70% alcohol and probably contain other chemical that are not suitable for electronic components and circuit boards. I have already come across a few of the wipes that have dried out.I’ve been using the syringes as oilers. They work well with machine oil and can deliver oil accurately to machine parts. The needles are very fine, so they may not be suitable for very viscous liquids. The only downside for me is that they are supplied in a box of 100!

Great for projects
I cannot speak to their medical efficacy because I'm only using them for crafting projects, but in that regard these syringes are great for the precise measuring of fluids and so on. The tip of each needle is extremely thin but sturdy.

Not just for intended use
This package contains a box of alcohol wipes (good for the first aid box and cleaning surface joints to be glued in DIY projects) and the box of syringes, which look to be good quality and easy to use. These have two DIY purposes for me, after a house move. Firstly it's for mixing paint to match colours I can no longer get for some proposed hand made furniture, and secondly injecting wallpaper paste into any blisters that develop after paper hanging.

Excellent needles
These needles are thinner than a strand of hair! Very easy to hold with one hand and the brevel is very sharpBD is one of the best insulin needle brands on the market. I've tried many other brands but none of them have been as sharp as BD which makes it much more comfortable and pain free especially if you are injecting into an area with thicker skin.

Quality
Quality BD Micro-fine needles along with alcohol wipes. The needles are super thin so there is virtually no pain when injecting. Extremely sharp and work first time everytime. Easy to fill and measure with the printing on the barrel and each syringe is capped at both ends for safety.Would also be perfect for crafting. Excellent quality at a decent price.

good quality
Perfectly happy with these. They came in a box, together with a pack of individually wrapped alcohol wipes. They are sealed together in packs of ten. They each hold 0.5ml and have a very fine needle with a cap over it. The syringes came with a 4 1/2 year expiry date and the alcohol wipes with an 18 month expiry date. They don’t have to be used just for insulin injections. I got them for crafting projects as they are perfect for precisely measuring various liquids out.

Good backup if you use syringe insulin vs penfills.
disclaimer: I normally use pen's so this could be a little biased. The good is that for £25 for 100 syringes and needles with wipes is a great price for people who are not able to get them for free on state healthcare. They come in packs of 10 per bag so should be enough for 2 days per bags (presuming 5 injections per day). The included alcohol wipes are good to have included and will clean and sanitise your injection site well. The bad (again I normally use pen's) the dosage on the syringe is a little hard to work out exactly so if you have got these as a backup from your normal injection method make note of this. The box was split open, the bags were still sealed but the outer carboard box was split open so if this is an issue to you be aware. This could of been a shipping damage but I just wanted to mention it in-case this could be an issue for your use case.

Half of swabs dried out
Only issue with this is half of the swabs are dried out meaning you end up opening a few of them for one jab.
