Picked up this oil to help me get growth back to my hair which was thinning and shedding. Can't really tell if it's helped in the short time I've tried it, for one my stress levels are lower now which could be the reason my hair isn't shedding as badly. I should have picked up a sleeping cap for my hair as the oil got my pillow case soaked. I think this product would benefit someone who had the time to wash their hair out regularly after oil treatments.
