Don’t know how it does it but it works

As someone who sometimes forgets to get food of if the freezer the night before needed, I thought this may be useful. It does indeed thaw things out usually within 1/2 hr. Even in the packaging though I prefer to take out what you can. It’s safer than defrosting in a microwave or hot water. I have also bought one for a surprised and delighted friend.

The board is not that fast for defrosting its good for ice cream

This really works! I was a bit concerned as a different style to the one we have had for years! Lovely colours green and black. I have defrosted chicken breasts, mince, fish, chops, sausages etc. wouldn’t be without one and this is good. With this board you have the knife sharpener near handle that works well and the grater on other side where cutting vegetables or meat you can quickly rub garlic or ginger on it. You get defrosting board and chopping board on other side, two for the price of one!!!!!
