The media could not be loaded. After having it plugged 12v for nearly a week straight the refrigerator gets to 37° and the freezer 21° it was only 11° once and never hit that mark again ... They say -10° at their main ad then it says lowest on the thermostat 0° freezer ...The refrigerator it's supposed to be able to use as a double freezer I try to lower the temperature in that refrigerator area it will not allow me.I would like to know why I am unable to turn both units into a freezer and get the proper temperature down to zero I cannot even get down to 20° no less get both of them to zero degrees...The manufacturer or the seller needs to give me some additional information I read the booklet about the arrows and using Eco or Max and truthfully there's nothing that shows you how to get bypass the arrows to lock in 0° on both sides.I kept multiple items inside test temperature and the ice cream ice fudge pops are super soft in the main freezer.But the weirdest part is when I put something like coconut water a package of bagels they get a little bit more harderI would not say it's a good idea to buy dairy products like ice cream it would not hold the firmness.I need more information someone to technically tell me over the phone what to press to educate me on this the manual shows nothing and after seeing a YouTube video at this one else had the same hard time I'm convinced it's a difficult unit compared to other ones that have dual thermostat where you could make sure each one has its own temperatureI'm going to keep my review the way it is until I'm able to learn and get knowledge from the seller and manufacturer...Once I'm able to get the proper information and the false advertisement of the 10° and double freezer has right now it's nearly a refrigerator for the price I paid...I hate doing these reviews honestly my honest opinion really hurts sellers because I don't sugarcoat and I know it affects their Amazon account and that is a motivation for them to now help me get the proper information needed to be satisfied. To earn that better start raising reviewEverything gave up the thermostat digital display stop working after the refrigerator was not holding temp 65° refrig and freezer 37° this was total failure purchase... The seller claims. Nobody else having problems but me lol what great way to be a problem sooner and good customer support .Return and be er buy anything this company has to offer ...Refund defective and watch out for items like this that can't keep temperature my $50 worth food went to trash thank you seller not helping to resolve a fix

Fits perfectly in the back of our truck for road trips ! It cools well and fits a good amount of stuff ! I wish I would of purchased this sooner !

It arrived in time and I plugged it in to household current. 24 hours later nothing is cold. I’ve done all the settings as instructed in the Chinese English, two page manual and nothing. It runs but doesn’t get below room temp. It’s a worthless piece of crap. Don’t buy one of these!

There are things I like about this fridge and things I do notThings I likeThe metal caseThe dual lids designThe overall size is goodThe location of the controlsThe priceThings I do not likeThe controls as it only allows setting of the freezer compartmentThe temperature of the fridge compartment has remained in the safe zone but only barely it tends to fluctuate and the display does not accurately reflect itNo bluetooth communicationsI feel that calling it a dual zone is kind of misleading as unlike my other dual zone it allows for individual setting of the two compartments so unlike this one I can have all freezer or fridge if I so desireSo while I will keep this if I had to buy another I would make a different choice and thats to bad because it has a lot of good points but the temp control is the deal breaker

Made sure to have this for a couple weeks before writing an accurate review. My dislikes are the issue getting back to temp after putting things in it. It took 2 days after putting water in the refrigerator for it to get back to a good temperature. I also don't like that the refrigerator temp can't be adjusted independent from the freezer. The refrigerator temp is based on what the freezer is set to. Aside from that the freezer workes great, the size is very nice, it's not to loud at least in my opinion, and I think all in all it's a great design and will be useful on the road.

We are using it in our off grid cabin. So far we’re very happy with it. It works as it should.

Mine shorted out in about 2 month and I can't return or replace it. Do not buy.

We like the cooler and its size but there is no control once you set the freezer temp. Both sides regulate themselves and its not what we are looking for. We need control of both sides. Good product not what we thought when reading so unfortunately we are returning it. and for some reson this only goes to zero degrees F. not -10 like the ad says.
