Wonderful knife
There is NOTHING to dislike. Cutco knives are the best. Got my first one in 1966 and am still using it.

Good cutting knife.
I do like how sharp the knife is. I don’t care for the feel of the handle, but that is a personal thing. It’s still early to give the knife a complete and fair appraisal.

Valued knife
This knife is a replacement for one I purchased 60 years ago and lost recently. The appearance matched the rest of the set which shows no wear on the handles from constant use for that period of time. Cutco sharpens the knives free for life,, but the customer must pay for shipping to and from the center. The knives are expensive in the short run, but economical for their many, many years of use. This particular knife is my most used knife of the set.

BEST SMALL KNIFE I OWN
This knife is the perfect size for almost everything. It has a sharp serrated edge that cuts through carrots and apples as easily as slicing a piece of bread. Size is perfect for easy handling. I own 4 of these!

This knife is great cutting meat pre cooking as well as post cooking. It handles well has a good balance to the handle along with the length of the blade. It is one I use quite often on a regular basis because it is long enough to cut partially cooked pieces of meat that will be re entered into a pot. I do a good amount of black pot cooking of South Louisiana dishes so having something to making deboning meat after browning but before final cooking is a great help is shortening total over the pot time.
