I bought these to replace on my daughter’s jungle gym. Bright color. Very durable and strong. Easy to install

Slap a couple of 2x6 boards on some posts and you have yourself bona fide monkey bars more cheaply and quickly than you could have bought, fashioned, and powder coated metal tubing. Sure you lose a couple of Nick Offerman/Martha Stewart/Grizzly Adams DIY points, but you win instant gratification and the ridicule of anyone who sees you try to use monkey bars when you clearly should have just left that to the kids rather than "testing the equipment" as a thinly-veiled guise to re-experience a fleeting moment of youthful chapter of life by when you were notably more lithe and nimble and less ravaged by time and gravity. As you apply the icepack to your shoulders, you will probably notice how smooth your hands are owing to the well-crafted finish of the bars that did not callous them during those few seconds of suspension. You can lie on your back in the living room floor and rest well knowing there are no burrs on the bars that might scratch the youthful, resilient skin of your kids and that the bars are strong enough to hang your regret on them without fear of damage.

If my husband hadn't decided to make the monkey bars 8 feet off the ground, the whole set up would be great! We used four 4x4 posts and some 2x4 cross pieces for the frame, attached it to the play structure we had previously built, and it works beautifully! Our 11 year old (who is the size of a man at 150 lbs) went across just fine. The 6 year old went across once, fell on the 2nd round, bumped her bottom and has refused to try again. (Perhaps because of the staggering height). Overall, the product is great, but I see a honey-do in the near future....

The product is worth the savings over other manufacturers. There is two drawbacks to this product. 1. The packaging is not very protective for the bars. I was able to see scratches on them the coating is not real thick. I have used other brands in past, they were individually wrapped. Also twice as much. 2. When you are installing make sure to drill a hole, the screws can split the wood you are going into.

I bought these bars to add a set of monkey bars to a playhouse I built for my grand kids. I had some that came with a kit for the connection plates, but I wanted to add more than the 4 bars that came with the set. The lengths of the bars were slightly different from the two sets, but that wasn't a big deal since I used them at two different places, one for monkey bars and the other for ladder rungs. I am pleased with the quality of the bars and the hardware that came with them. Installation was simple and took a minimal amount of time to install the Phillips head screws to hold the bars in place. Nice set of bars - recommend them.

These were easy to install with the included hardware. The bars seem sturdy & well made & the color is bright! I've only had them for a few weeks so far but they're holding up well.

These are great and easy to install. This is May 2020, so with all of this time on our hands, building a monkey bar set at home was a welcome addition. The bars are sturdy and strong, and feel very safe for kids. I attached these to an elevated pair of 2x8’s and the kids love them.

Kids (10 & 13) still use this. It’s stood the test of time and is very sturdy.

Made an addition of monkey bars to our existing climbing frame/swingset. Our boys are 7 and 9 and were getting too big/old to use their old frame, so the husband has raised the swings, added another platform for a fireman's pole, and created an adjoining set of monkey bars using these. They're the perfect size for children's hands and more weather proof than wooden ones. I couldn't find anywhere in the UK that sells these, but the delivery time from USA was surprisingly quick, I think it only took a couple of weeks from ordering to receiving. Its great that they come in so many colours. I chose the blue to match with the other accessories we already had. Really really pleased with these!

Great buy! I was able to build a simple monkey bar add-on to my kids play set, which they love and my neighbors kids! The bars are surprisingly strong that I, 150lb individual, was able to use them and they didn't even flex (not rated for adult weight though).

These are great I built the kids a ladder and a set of monkey bars for the play house definitely will stand the test of time comes with decent hardware but I replaced it with lag bolts only because of personal preference highly recommend
