This is very light watery toner like serum that absorbs quickly. I do have to use a whole dropper full because it sinks into my skin so quickly. It's mildly hydrating and soothes irritation that pops up around my nose and cheeks. There's is no scent and is truly fragrance-free, it's not sticky at all but if you layer it, it can get a bit of tackiness. It's too early to see any difference in my redness but so far it makes my skin look plump and fresh.
