I am usually a kindle purist. No covers, basic lightest model. I like my coffee black and my books plentiful. I have read on a kindle for so many years without cases. (Way back to the kindle keyboard!) After moving to a home without carpet and only hard wood and tile floors, my beloved kindle kept getting knocked to the floor by a rambunctious 7 year old and my new kindle was taking a beating. In hopes to protect the longevity of my recent kindle upgrade gift to myself, I opted for this cover. It was cost effective, a pleasant color and seemed to snap on the edges of the device instead of covering it making it bulkier (in my opinion). I was hesitant to be honest....I don't like cases on my kindle, it would be heavier (I thought), it would be bulky, I wouldn't like it. I kept the packaging just in case I wanted to return it.After using this cover for a while now, I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like it. When you flip the cover back to read, it gives a nice thin "thing" to hold on to when holding the kindle. It has a nice feel, soft surface and is very comfortable in your hand. It doesn't feel much heavier. The magnet does well to keep the cover closed and it does wake/sleep using the cover. It also provides a good edge to the bottom of the kindle. This version (11) had a power button that sticks out more than the previous version (10), so when I would place it in my foldable stand without this case, it would turn on/off with its weight pushing the button. This case prevents that since the edge of the case is the same height as the button on the bottom. Win! Win!It seems to have enough protection when it falls now, at least you hear a dull thud instead of a plastic on wood floor crash. Hopefully it will stand up to daily use of reading with my coffee black several times a day.

Fit's beautifully on my Kindle and does not make it feel bulky. The thickness is perfect and the light green color is lovely. Easy to put on and hold onto (I do have a strap I added). I have not tried to remove it yet, but I would assume it will come off as easily as it went on.

My Kindle popped securely and easily into this case, which covers the screen nicely and protects my device. I purchased this Kindle specifically to carry with me pretty much everywhere I go, and so far this case has done exactly what I have asked of it. It is low profile and does not get in the way when I am using my device. The magnet holds securely and releases easily when I am ready to use it. I will most likely reorder this case when I have finally worn out the current one, which is not likely to be necessary for quite a while yet.

Cover was a cute color and is very sturdy to protect my Kindle. Arrived quickly but the delivery was not great.

I love the sleekness of the Kindle. It’s compact and fits right inside a small carry all or purse. The cover is a great quality and wipes clean easily. I was worried about it being too small to grip but it’s easy to hold. Every once in a while the magnet does not allow it to turn back on when I open it to read but closing it back once works.

Perfect size!! Opens your kindle and great weight in your hands just like a paperback book. Love the color and is easy to find when you lay it down.
