Nice product with very good customer support
I've been looking at these frames for quite awhile now, and finally decided to jump in.I bought 5 of the 27x41 sized movie poster frames. I wanted frames that could accomodate either the older 27x41 one-sheets or the (relatively) newer 27x40 versions. These fit the bill perfectly, and I don't have to worry about having any hanging misalignment by having a mix of 27x40 and 27x41 frames.I admit I was a little hesitant at first after reading the many negative reviews that complained about poor packaging and shipping damage. However, all 5 of my frames arrived damage-free, even though the shipping boxes obviously took a couple hits along the way.In fact, the only major issue I had was finding that one of the frames arrived without the mounting hardware. I shot off an email to SnapeZo customer service and was pleasantly surprised to not only get a quick email response, but I also had the replacement hardware (2 sets!) in my hands within a week of my first email. As you can see from the included photo (please disregard the mess - in the process of moving around some furniture!), the frames look great and went up very easily once I learned the mounting "trick" using the included hooks. There really aren't any instructions, and the recommended internet links on the included paperwork point to dead pages or less-than-helpful information. If you're interested, after attaching the mounting hooks (also pictured) to the wall, you need to slide the frame onto them by sandwiching the hooks between the top aluminum crossbar and the white plastic backing of the frame. This seemed ridiculously difficult... until the lightbulb went on. If you leave the top edge of the frame "open" (unsnapped) until you hang the frame on the hooks, the process is MUCH easier. :)The only other caveat I would point out is to be careful when handling the frames. The machined aluminum edges, especially at the corners, are quite sharp. Additionally, there was a noticeable amount of metal shavings both still attached to some of those corners and loose within each of the frames. Be sure you clean out the debris before you begin assembling your poster and your selected clear cover into the frame, as (a) the shavings could damage your poster and (b) the shavings REALLY cling to the plastic after you remove the clear film due to the incredible amount of static build-up.All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely purchase these frames again.

Perfect!
I have been looking for a frame (50x32 in) for a long time! This was a perfect fit, easy to install, and looks great! The best part is that it was reasonably priced. I love the ease of the snap frame! Highly recommend!!

Low-Cost Solution
I had purchased a large print on Etsy, love it, but the cost to frame a 36" x 48" was prohibitive - $600 and up, until I finally found this option -- very nice quality and easy to use. My print is on heavy paper, not a poster, but it still works as a regular frame for artwork that is MUCH more affordable. It's not the classiest frame, but it works well.

Frame big enough for a big poster
The frame was big enough to handle my massive poster. Loading the poster was a snap. Literally the sides pop up and snap down so you don't have to hassle with taking the back or front off to load it. The only downside is the frame is very flimsy by which I mean the back is not reinforced at all and if you pick it up you may feel like it's going to break on half. The metal portions are very solid and don't feel cheap.

Quality Control
I recently purchased four 30x40 frames, three in black and one in silver. Overall, I would rate them at three and a half stars, and I would consider buying them again, but there are a few things you should be aware of.Let's start with the positives. The snap-in design of these frames is unique and allows for easy the poster changes I use them for , which is a convenient feature. The frames have strong tension, ensuring that the posters remain securely in place once closed. However, it is worth noting that opening the frames require considerable pressure to open. To mitigate this, I use both hands near the ends of the frame to ensure even opening. These frames are sturdy enough to hold the covers and posters in place with just the top part closed, making it simpler to align and snap the sides and bottom shut. I particularly appreciate the inclusion of both clear and anti-glare UV covers. The anti-glare feature was perfect for my theater room setup, as it provides a softer, semi-gloss look and does effectively reduce glare and reflections. One aspect that could be improved is the packaging. The frames should come with four mounting screws and plastic drywall anchors, but one of the four frames I purchased was missing these. Due to the tension on the snaps and the frames not being entirely rigid, I used eight small conical drywall anchors and one-inch screws which I bought separately.Additionally, I encountered an issue with the protective layer on the covers. On two of the frames, the "peel off here" sticker was attached to and stuck onto the cover itself, resulting in a tedious process of removing the sticky residue. It took a combination of a magic sponge, dry cloth, and patience to resolve the problem, as alcohol was not effective.Another issue lies with the black frames' finish. At the forty-five-degree cuts of the corners, the shiny aluminum is exposed, visible at certain angles when closed. It appears that these cuts may have been made after the finish was applied or that the ends were not adequately sprayed.Apparently one of the frames has a burr on a corner, preventing it from closing properly. While I managed to close it with a light tap from my palm I suppose a fine file and a little more patience is in order. As mentioned in other reviews a word of caution about the sharp corners. My wife experienced a finger nick as a reminder. I really see no way to avoid this considering the material and the sharp angles though.Once mounted, these frames work well, and I do like them, but I believe a little better quality control could easily elevate them to a five-star product. Despite the issues mentioned, the overall functionality and convenience of the frames have made them a worthwhile addition to my theater room.Update: 8/24/23. I was contacted by the seller SnapeZo and was offered a refund on one of the items. It is rare today to have someone stand behind a product they sell. That alone counts for something to me.Considering it was unsolicited and unexpected and I wasn't asked to change or modify my review, overall I would rate this purchase at 4 stars. I will not change the star rating so more people may read this review. Just be aware they stand behind their product. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again.

What a clever idea!
My husband is FDNY 35 years. He survived 9/11. We have the famous picture of the fire fighters raising the flag at ground zero, it's poster size, for 20 plus years, and never framed. I got fed up trying to find a frame affordable enough, simple enough, and then I just decided to search Amazon. This frame came up. I ordered it. Was sort of confused at first about how to use it. I figured it out, slipped the poster into the frame. Boom! It looks great! My husband was so thrilled! It adorns our den beautifully! What a clever way to frame something. Just lift the four sides up, slip the poster or picture into it. Line up the plastic glass on top, then drop the sides down!So pleased!
