Skin glow
If you don’t know the benefits of dandelion tea, google it. It helps the body get rid of excess estrogen also detoxes the liver. When I take this tea I glow, and my skin clears up. I use it for the health benefits but also as a beauty tool especially before occasions. This brand specifically is very pure so be careful not to let your tea steep for too long it gets really strong and bitter. 5-7 mins

Pleasant taste
It's a different taste. Not bitter like I expected. It does help with removing excess water from your system so be careful how much you drink. Removing too much water could have side effects.
