Quick, insightful and inspirational
I decided to start each work day by reading this devotional book. Each devo is just one page, so it only takes a few minutes to read and it sets my mindset for the day. I've only read a couple of devos so far, but the messages are really encouraging and are rooted in scripture. Last night, my son and I prayed the "prayer for contentment" before tucking him in and it was a sweet moment. I have also read the Mission Possible book, so this devotional is just a daily reminder of that book's theme. A lot of us struggle with our understanding our life's purpose, but it's all very simple; just glorify God in all that we do. A daily reminder about loving God and loving others is such an intentional way to make the most of every day. This devotional book will be a part of my morning routine from here on out. I hope readers of this review will do the same.

Was a gift for my nephew
I bought the book for my 22 yo nephew that is going through cancer and chemo and was needing some devotional, encouragement and uplifting words. I wanted something that would bring him hope and confidence that God was still blessing him...he had lived this book so much...he is currently in remission for the 3rd time...

Good daily reminders
Wasn't too sure about this one to start. Didn't really like the guest devos sprinkled every week or two, but over the past few weeks, I've come to really enjoying these daily devotionals and I'm a woman who is not particularly sports minded. :-) They are not that related to sports and have solid perspectives for leadership and personal growth. Thanks, Tim!I do wish that it came with a ribbon bookmark. The book itself (mostly the page quality) isn't particularly high quality, but it does the job.
