So thought provoking a very good read.
Everything about this book was interesting and very well written.Good concepts, which are set out and explained in a way that you can follow, and easily incorporate into your own life. This book has all the information you need to keep your life running on a smoother path, while inspiring you to keep reaching for your own personal developmental goals, however big or small these might be. All in all a very uplifting read.

Motivating and interesting
I truly enjoyed this book and discovered that I'm already applying some methods in my own way. But it has enlightened me and given me some homework I'm looking forward to do.

Lost your Direction? Purpose? Passion for Life? … This is a Must read.
During the past 55 years I have read thousands of books on self help, personal growth and related stuff.I’m an NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, EFT Practitioner and more. This book is so clear, so concise, it pulls you in to want to know more, absorb more - a real motivator and call to action.I found myself getting excited about gaining clarity, reviewing my life from a different perspective, creating new goals.I love the gentle humour that runs through his writing, the light hearted way the concepts are presented and how devoid of waffle and padding it is.This is an absolutely must read for anyone who is seeking clarity in their direction whether short term or life path. The concepts are immediately actionable and so easy to follow and to learn.I have a Kindle and there are so many highlighted lines which I will revisit many times.A Gem of a book which will be a go to in times of middle, mist and confusion which we all face at times.

WHY do YOU get out of bed in the morning?
When I first started reading this book, I thought it was simply for those starting out in life and continuing to develop – life plans and choices from starting school though work and adulthood. At 74 (retired) I would add that the same (or similar principles) apply for having a productive and satisfying retirement. Having a life’s purpose and a realistic reason to live, stretches until we finally return to stardust. This is a good reader for life whether one follows the ideas slavishly, or uses it as a guide. Look beyond the far East names to the underlying philosophies discussed. There may have been other books focussed on “business management” covering individual philosophical parts but this is an excellent pulling together of four classical philosophies, one of which at least, originated in the West to become adapted to the rise of Japanese industry post WW2. Interesting anecdotes and illustrations. Some might label it the procrastinators bible…..

Stickier than most self help books I've read
Really enjoyed this easy to read book. Two months later and the simple ideas have affected me more than other books I've read.
