Very Nice Rope Though Not 55"
The rope is very nice although mine is 51 1/4" long not 55". I am so tired of Chinese companies describing something with specs they know we want and then sending something they know is incorrect i.e., 1" EZ curl bars, not 1 1/8", 7/8" bars, not 1", 51" ropes, not 55". It is a con and it is time it is stopped. Maybe I should demand a $3.14 refund for the length they didn't send. I can play that game. I just received the 47" version and IT IS 47" LONG. For me that is the perfect length.

No more waiting!
Bought this because the gym only had a few of these and got tired of waiting for people to finish using them before I could get a turn. Money well spent, well made and serves the purpose perfectly. The ones at the gym get frayed and start to fall apart from so much use. I've had this for several months and it still looks brand new even with my regular personal use.

Not the most portable
This item was a couple of inches shorter than advertised (45 inches versus 47 inches) but long enough to be adequate. However, the item is bulky and heavy if you're planning to carry it to and from the gym. If it's going to stay in the gym then it would be fine

Serves its purpose
Pretty straightforward; there's nothing special about this rope other than that it's longer than most which makes it nice for Face Pulls and a Kickback type of movement I like to do with cables (both arms at a time). This rope is ideal for both movements. Comes with a carabiner too, which, although not a huge deal is a plus.

This is the perfect length to hit triceps just right.

I bought two
I bought two of those long tricep ropes. They are the ideal length for over head tri extensions from my low pulley attachment. I look forward to experimenting with them and finding other uses. Thanks!
