Easy set up! As long as you've used tools before it should be a breeze. Unfortunately the ac manufacturers design the window ac's for pull down windows, which no house has that was built past 1980, so you always have to cut a piece of plywood or something else and install it above the unit. I love the levelers on the actual bracket arms and the risers that mount to the window sill.
