Well engineered good service ideal for my wife to use on our caravan as she is a leg amputee and even the rehab clinic was impressed with it sturdiness. Well done Avon star Service when I contacted them because I ordered wrong step for our needs originally was excellent just to return and they would do full refund through Amazon. I t doesn't get better than that . Thank you.

We took delivery of a set of 3 Tier caravan steps on time and exactly as described 10 months ago. They were perfect for our use. Unfortunately we were not able to use them straight away due to the Covid pandemic and when we did we noticed a manufacturing fault. Anthony who took my call to discuss this was very attentive and without any hesitation promised to look into it for us.To our delight a new set of steps arrived just a few days later........ fantastic after sales service; i will not hesitate to do business with them again.
