Why did you choose this product over others?:Having been successfully treated for Prostate Cancer, the only downside, is that I can suddenly have the need to have a "pee". This "underwear" has removed the potential embarrassment of "peeing myself" in public. I wore them during my radiotherapy treatment, when I was required to have a full bladder during the treatment and they never let me down once. Great product.Effectiveness:There was no need to worry once I was wearing these.

I have used these for years including going through the menopause. They are comfortable and keep you dry.

Had been using Amazon brand but they only do the long ones which were uncomfortable. Tried these and they fit much better. Only use at nighttime and these hold a lot of pee thankfully. The adhesive strip works well, but quite often when taking off the strip with the wrapper, the wrapper tears making it unusable to wrap used pad for disposal, therefore using 3 sheets of toilet paper as wrapper, which is wasteful and adds to cost. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Quite sure they will do the job, whatever type of pads or pants you use TENA are the best. Very competitive pricing

As much I rely on this item, I have only one complaint, why do I need to write a review so men can read? Surely there should be a place where women >ONLY< can write a review that only we can write and see, otherwise I would like to say that this is a perfect purchase.

I decided to give this make of pad a try instead of my usual. Although they work I don’t find them as comfortable as my usual make. They are very thick and are very baggy when wearing them. Too uncomfortable for me
