Great stuff give it a try
Like it because I’ve lost a fair few pounds and fat off my belly which is very stubborn and my asthma has improved slightly and my skin

Taken on its own couldn't really feel or tell if it is working, I am quite skinny already. But I don't take it for weight loss anyway. I use it combined with the other 4 ingredients of CILTeP, a nootropic stack, and I can feel it working. Just have to watch out if I start to lose weight, for me that would be an unwanted effect, but YMMV.
