Does exactly what it says on the tin
Arrived when expected, no need to mix/stir before application, painted over damp areas with some loose debris still present and no problem with that. Dries within 2-3 hours and cures overnight. Great finish for my previously damp and grubby garage floor. Make sure the area is well ventilated, will smell for a few days afterwards.

A glossy resilient finish in one or two coats
🖌️ Painting the garage floor was a task I had been putting off for a while, mainly because I knew I'd have to tidy up the garage before applying any paint, and the drying time was a concern as well. I imagine that this concern is key to anyone attempting this job for the first time. However, it was necessary, and I'm glad I found this specialty paint that made the job easier. This paint is a great choice if you've just moved into a new-build home and want to paint the garage floor before filling it with all your belongings. It creates a glossy, hard-wearing surface that can handle medium-traffic situations effectively.🖌️ The first thing that impressed me was the careful packaging. The paint arrived in excellent condition, well-protected inside a sturdy cardboard box with plastic padding. The tin was sealed with tape, ensuring there were no leaks. Though I noticed a few dents on the tin, they didn't cause any problems.🖌️ Before applying the paint, it's essential to give it a good stir, which can be done with a stick or a motorized stirrer. The coverage of the paint was quite good for my small UK garage, which is about 18 square meters. Depending on the absorption and actual garage size, one coat required about half a tin. So, for multiple coats or larger garages, it's a good idea to measure and calculate the amount needed beforehand. I found that using a paint brush or roller was the best method for application, and while the paint can be thinned, using a sprayer is not recommended. The paint does not comprise a 2-part epoxy, so proper ventilation is essential during the application process.🖌️ The instructions suggested applying two coats for the best results, with the first coat acting as a sealer and primer for the concrete. It's crucial to ensure the surface is as dust-free as possible before applying the paint. Also, keep in mind that using some personal protective equipment (PPE) is necessary, as the paint does outgas. The paint went on smoothly, and after drying, it created a strong, glossy coat on the garage floor. In fact, I had some paint left over, and I decided to apply a thin third coat to the high-traffic areas to provide extra durability. I'll keep an eye on these areas to see how they hold up over time.🖌️ I was pleased to find that the paint dried fairly quickly, becoming touch-dry in just a couple of hours. The second coat can be applied the next day. However, for complete curing, it takes about a week, so plan for the garage to be out of action for at least 2-3 days. While the paint is recommended, I couldn't find specific instructions regarding humidity requirements for painting. However, it's mentioned that it should be applied at temperatures above 10 degrees Celsius. Also, avoid painting on rainy days or when it's too hot outside. As for clean up, there's no provided information, but since the paint can be thinned, cleaning with thinners is likely a good option.🖌️ In conclusion, this paint exceeded my expectations in creating a durable, glossy surface for my garage floor. Despite the minor dent on the tin, the product performed exceptionally well, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enhance their garage floor's appearance and resilience.

Does what it says on the tin!
Does the job exceptionally well. I have just repaired the concrete outside my garage and resurfaced it with self levelling compound. 10 square metres and decided to finish it off nicely with this paint which I investigated before hand.Followed the instructions by thinning the first coat, cut in the edges with a brush, then did the rest with a 9 inch roller .Goes down and covers supebly.2 nd coat went down just as easily and it looks a treat. And had enough to do half the garage.I think 2 coats will be sufficient,it feels strong and looks superb grey colour.Highly recomended.

Good but it doesn’t go as far as it says
Used this to paint a 70 year old concrete garage floor. Easy to use but it is fairly pungent so ensure good ventilation. It looks very good and has covered well. I used a 4” brush and worked paint into the coarse surface of the concrete.Note that it took 2.5 litres to do 12m2 so that’s 5m2 per litre. Can’t say anything about durability as I’ve only just done the floor!
