Gadget
Does what it says it will do. Screws are excessively long. I painted them black so they wouldn't standout as much. Used split ring washers instead of flat as supplied. Just hand tighten, which appears to be adequate.

Make sure there is room between the grille and radiator to install
This is made of some type of plastic, so I am skeptical about longevity/durability. Unfortunately, I may never find out as I dropped into the engine compartment the black plastic support which hold the screws behind the grille. Looked for an hour and could not find it. It is a cute little thing to doll up the car.

Doesn't fit
The item is nice quality, but doesn't fit on a jeep compass! You would have to drill holes in your grill!It's been almost 10 days and still no refund!
