I bought this chair 9 months ago and 2 months ago one of the legs where the caster goes in got bent. And now the caster won’t stay in. Which makes the chair unusable. I reached out to the support that was linked on Amazon and haven’t heard anything back and that was over a month ago!!! All I need is a new leg and possibly a new caster. But I haven’t heard anything from the company! This chair was not cheap and I am not an overweight person (150 pounds). I use it in my classroom to sit and read to my students. I don’t really wheel around. The chair pretty much stays in one place. The only way I think it could have happened was the chair had a rocking feature, and maybe that is what caused the caster connection to get bent. But that shouldn’t have happened. All the other legs are fine. The chair is very comfortable, it just is poor quality material on the legs. I would not recommend buying any product from this company, since their customer service seems nonexistent!!

The media could not be loaded. I love to sit cross cross and was on a mission to find a chair with the widest and deepest seat I could. After some Pinterest searching I came across this TicTok trend type chair. I didn’t think that anyone else like sitting like I do. This chair was the thickest cushion of any of these types of chairs. I’m 5’7”, 189lb and this chair has held up well for the last month that I’ve had it. It’s plenty wide for my big backside and legs to sit comfortably. Fabric is thick and has held up well.I wasn’t impressed with the rolling of the wheels so I replace them with a set of rubber wheels.UPDATE: 11/2024 I had to replace the base because the space fit for the wheel post stripped out and bent until the wheel would no longer stay in place. The chair fell quite a few times while I or my kids were sitting in it. I still love the seat itself though now this chair has cost me a lot more than intended.

i was kind of worried ordering a chair with no reviews but i've been looking all over amazon/wayfair and couldn't find one tall/wide/thick enough for what i needed (converting to a standing desk chair with larger casters and gas cylinder).the base is metal/feels pretty solid and the cushion is super thick, all of the other wide chairs i saw had the thinnest padding and would've been uncomfortable to use working from home.definitely was surprised at the quality given there were no other reviews but would 1000% recommend this chair!for reference- 5' 3" and ~130 lbs

Update: They replied to my email offering a 50% discount and to provide them my order number. I replied with my order number and haven’t heard from them since. I’ve sent 5 follow ups and still nothing! Pretty sure they are dragging it out to get past the return window at this point.The holes on this chair are pre drilled. The holes didn’t line up very easily but with a little force I was able to get it together. After I put this chair together I noticed the backrest had a slant. I took it apart and tried to fix the slant but it just wouldn’t work. I sent them an email and they said to try forcing it harder. I’m not trying to break the chair so I had my husband try it. Still didn’t change anything. Since this I have sent them 3 follow up emails asking for assistance with no response. If this was a $40 chair no big deal but it wasn’t. Now I have to take it apart, try and get it to fit back in the box to return it. Such a hassle for me all because of their horrible customer service and lack of response.

My husband and I put this chair together yesterday evening last night (the first time I am using it) I turn away from my desk and the entire chair comes apart. My husband looked at it and we can't figured out why it broke. Look elsewhere if you don't want a trip to doc.

love the cushion on this. put together in about a half hour. i am 5'4 and my toes don't reach the floor, so definitely will buy a foot stool in the near future. but i love sitting in this chair with my cat and rocking back and forth
