Purchase this for our 14-year-old's birthday, he absolutely loves it. It has all the things you need for learning how to do woodworking, and even soldering. Products aren't too bad for being in a kit, they definitely function well, temperature controls are easy to use and nice variety. My son said it is very comfortable to hold and has no complaints there either. This was worth the value, for a beginner. I wouldn't purchase this for anyone more than a beginner.

Bought this wood burner for my husband and I’ve actually been using it for crafts. Overall I’ve never owend a wood burner so this one is all I have to go off of but I love it. The only thing is I wish the chord was a tad bit longer. It comes with several different head replacements and carvers. It does get really hot and I’ve noticed if you have it on for over 2 hours or close to that it’s hard to grip because it gets hot and the quality of my work decreased a bit because the gun was engraving differently at that point. Overall, I am pleased with what we use it for

Awesome Wood burning kit. Also has small item soldering tools. Bought this for my wife for Christmas and now she spends more time in her "hobby shed" than she does in the house. :-D

I bought it because it was inexpensive and i im just messing around. It heated up in 4-5 minutes. Would not recommend for serious users: handle gets warm, screw on tips got loose and i had to tighten them with a wrench (since they were hot), on max temp setting the metal discolored quickly, longer 2 inch tip did not work and i thought i would have to return it but i switched to the 1/4 inch tip and it worked- it made the design in the pic. I will probably only ever use a few of the 100 tips. Its good for my amateur projects. It got 4 stars instead of 3 because of the cost. There was no way i was going to spend $100 on something i wont use often.

Everything in this set has been easy to use and figure out. The temperature control is a little small & hard to read, but it is workable.
