Very clear picture, good sound both ways. I keep them by my chicken coops to ward away preying critters, by the garage, 1 facing the entrance to our driveway, one on the back side of the house and 2 inside my house. I love that the light comes on and then the siren sounding alarm goes off (you can turn that on or off). Works great at night. And the night vision is very clear. The motion detection is spot on. Even on peripheral. And you can set the area you want to zone in on. You can also set it to catch human detection or notI don't like that you have to buy a storage subscription for each individual camera. I have 6 total on our property, and that's not cheap.

I’ve had these cameras for a few weeks now, and they work great. I like the solar panels that come with them, they stay charged no worrying about if they will lose power! Very easy to operate the cameras. they were extremely easy to install, my husband installed 4 in less than a hour!I did have to contact customer service for a small issue (user related) and “Deer” did an excellent job handling my issue, they were efficient & friendly!I was reluctant purchasing off brand cameras, but so far I have no regrets!

I ordered an aftermarket gutter bracket to install so I didn’t have to drill into my brick. The quality of the video is better than the quality of my much more expensive ring spot light camera. You do have to purchase a subscription to store footage though, but for about the same price I pay for my ring, well worth it. I will follow up in six months to update on battery life. As others have mentioned, these cameras have a very clear image. Connecting to Wi-Fi and initial configuration went smoothly and were well explained in the users manual. Physical installation was easy. The SD-card use is not clearly covered in the users manual. The app is OK. Some features are obvious while others are buried in settings. Overall a very solid product at a great price.

A friend told us about these. We already have security cameras, however our Red Tick Coonhound had somehow gotten out of our back yard (opened the gate??) 5 TIMES!! Turns out someone was trying to get in our yard to steal a Ranger and an expensive lawn mower. She actually warned us. In defense of our present security system, we didn’t have camera’s in the back yard, as it was completely fenced in.The value for the money is great and one of the reasons we purchased it. It connected almost immediately. The camera quality is like your standing right there, so we’re very happy with that. My husband is the one that hooked it up (I should have lol,) so it took a little while, so I can’t blame that on the company. I didn’t have the time, but when he sent the “invite,” for me to put it on my phone, everything was great! Very functional as when our RT Coonhound is outside, that thing goes off all the time, which is what we want! Super bright and durable. Where we live (East TN,) and we’re very high up, we get some serious winds, and this camera is very stable, so we’re very happy with it. We purchase two, and may purchase more. We live in a nice area and for some reason people seem to think it’s “ok” to try to steal things! I would definitely purchase again. Our neighbors also have!

My 2nd update: These cameras totally suck and do not deserve any stars at this point. The cameras default setting, which cant be changed, is the cloud storage even if you dont use it and you have to manually select memory card every single time. VERY annoying. The cameras constantly lag, the memory card hardly ever loads anymore so you can't see any recordings which doesn't even matter anymore since the cameras only record trees being blown. It never detects anyone walking around or cars pulling up in our driveway at all anymore. It occasionally records a cat walking across our lawn but not anyone walking along the exact same path right in front of the camera. Cameras are going in the garbage. This was a complete waste.I'm telling y'all, save yourself the headache and your money. These cameras are NOT worth it.UPDATED REVIEW: the ONLY good thing about these cameras are the clarity of the images and the solar power. Even though the settings are to detect humans it doesn't always detect them and everytime the wind blows anything the cameras go off. Also when you go back to view the recordings the thumbnail image is completely different that what is playing back. The thumbnails also don't show what was recorded until after you open it. Its just a picture of an AI living room on all thumbnails. The 360 viewing only works when you manually move the cameras in your settings so it does NOT follow any movement on its own. The setting to choose your angle is also limited meaning when you try to set that "right" angle it either keeps going too far or not far enough. Also, when it does detect movement, again mostly just trees being blown, and you go to see what set it off the app is very delayed on showing you that detection so if it's someone on your property that person is already gone. The camera lls also don't catch anyone coming and going. It's only one or the other so again the cameras are missing a lot. The zpotlight is also very inteusive and annoying and you can only turn it completely off or on. Of course it's too late to return these. Don't waste your money. They are not worth it. Oh, and customer support only answers after initial purchase for setting up. Now it's just crickets.Overall these cameras serve it's purpose and there are a lot better than the cameras I previously used.Pros: Picture clarity is clear day and night. They are fairly simple to install and set up. The app took a short bit to learn but it isnt difficult. I'm using an SD card instead of the subscription. I really like how I can pan around and zoom in. The motion light is very bright and the alarm is quite loud (it startled my husband when he walked by).Cons: You can't change the time format from military to 24 hr. If you use an SD card you can not single select recordings to delete. Sensor is extremely sensitive on one of the cameras even though it is set to the lowest and human detection but at the same time it isn't always catching people walking by. Audio is garbled and sometimes unclear.I'm not displeased with these cameras but they could use some small tweaks for better usage.
