Secret JardinMonkey Fan - 19cm - 16W

Ordered this as described as oscillating, its not its a fixed standard fitment.I specifically ordered for this feature and when queried it with seller was told the one I bought was not oscillating , no offer to rectify their mistake.

I was dubious.. I've had ram fans in the past and they were louder than my extractor is lol, I was left in a sticky situation after hermes failed to deliver one I bought from an ebay seller so I decided to take a punt, luckily Camgrow use royal mail and Steve was quick to reply to my message about this.. I've had secret jardin gear in the past and never had any problems and I like the fact that this fan fastens properly to a tent pole and has two adapters to make it fit right. The power cord is plenty long enough for my purposes and the 2 speed settings are ideal for hydro, literally just right. The only downsides for me is that it doesn't oscillate and is still quite loud on full speed, nowhere near as loud as a ram fan but there's definitely a noticeable increase in volume around my tent. All in all I'm pleased, and would buy another if I needed one. Very professional service. Thanks.

The only issue with this product is that it says the fan has a special feature - oscillating - but this is not true.In terms of noise, as I put the fan in my indoor green house therefore the noise is not an issue although to be honest it doesn’t have even a loud noise.

No assembly instructions (its not hard but no instructions still). Its good for aerating and flow, but utterly useless for cooling even a small grow tent. Even pointed directly at the thermometer about 20cm away, its incapable of lowering the temp by 0.1 degree. It doesn't even maintain a temp, just slows down heating.Do not buy if u want a fan for cooling...

When we received it we found it was without the pole to fix it to as shown in the picture so unfortunately was useless without paying extra

I can’t rate this fan enough, the monkey clips are perfect, 3 different sized attachments making it easily mountable to tent poles. The fan settings are great, the highest setting gives out enough of a breeze to circulate the air but it’s gentle enough that you’re unlikely to get windburn on any of your plants. Hopefully I won’t have to purchase again any time soon but I’ve been running these 24/7 since I purchased them and I’ve had no issues what so ever, If and when they break I’d order again in a heartbeat.

Clearly says oscillating fan instead of a reasonable priced oscillating fan you get a expensive static fan with all the hassle of sending it back

Fan works fine and the clip is very good. My issue is when you tilt the fan, the load on the bearings makes it noticeably more noisy. It is fine if you don't plan on tilting it.
