The Tao of Tea Oolong Tea Sampler, 3-Count Box

This sampler is some of the best value I've come across for rather good oolong. In fact, the frozen summit/Tung Ting oolong is my favorite tea I've tried to date. Leaves are handpicked, flavors are delicious, and the tins they come in are great as well. The Black Dragon oolong is a similar (if not the same variety) as the Iron Goddess of Mercy oolong, and the green dragon is a wonderful green oolong to compliment the Taiwanese and dark oolongs of this set. I could go on and on about this sampler, but you should just get it.

I am a connoisseur of oolong tea. This brand has a very rich flavor. After hydrating, you can see some of the full leafs, and is very fresh. As far as cost, I had initially thought it was a bit pricey, but then realized you only need to use about half of what you would normally use (with any other brand) with that in mind it really is pretty Inexpensive and very flavorful.

I like 2 out of the 3 of these teas. I wish there was more in each tin!

I'm getting back into tea, so I went to my local international market to buy some and they no longer carried Dong Ding (my favorite oolong)! So I tried cost-plus, and they stopped carrying most loose-leaf altogether (but they used to carry this brand ❣️). The local supermarkets having ZERO loose-leaf as well (everyone had matcha tho lol), I went online.While I typically got a different dong ding, this all brought back memories and brought me back to the world of tea. Thank you

This is not the same black dragon you can buy in the larger black tin from this company, which we love. If you like white or green tea, you will probably love this. I do not. The green dragon tastes like grass clippings. Tins are lovely tho and packaging is excellent. Great for gifting.

I really like this oolong sampler! All 3 were fresh and i got flavorful cups for 5-7 steeps (i increase steeping tume 20-30 seconds for each additional steep). The Frozen Summit is my favorite; i just wish i could get a full-size cannister of it! The green dragon and black dragon are available in full size.My luck with Tao of Tea on Amazon had been mixed - sometimes teas are stale. However, i was pleasant surprised with this set.

I wish the sample size frozen summit was available in the larger size! It has an amazing aroma, green tea with a subtle hint of pine. Same with the taste! Please make this available in the larger size! The teas are of excellent quality!
