Total waste of money and time
If I could assign the device NO starts, I would. It worked for precisely ONE DAT, then died.

Terrible product
If you like to be electrocuted lime a animal this the product for you. Otherwise stay away from it. The stick things on the back lasted one night. I took it off in the morning and they fell off. Honestly, I felt like I was wearing a shock collar. It was shocking me before I even laid down to go to bed. It hurt like heck.

It will shock you.
This product has a good concept. But, falls short of its promises. It has an adjustable amount of electricity to send to your wrist when it is activated. The problem is, you are not sure what is going to activate it. If you cough, roll over and bump it, shake it, sometimes when you snore, you will get shocked.If this product was more accurate when it delivered the shock it could work.

This is more like a shock collar for animals! It’s not a small tingle. Terrible product.
