For the short time I used this, it was extremely reliable. I ultimately got the 2.5gbe model instead to complete my network upgrade. Just like any Ubiquiti product, the setup was extremely simple.Unless your ISP just doesn't offer anything above 1gbps, it's worth spending the extra for the faster model.

After testing various TP-Link switches including their Omada line, I ultimately chose this UniFi switch and couldn't be happier. While TP-Link offers more budget-friendly options, their clunky interface and confusing VLAN configuration (especially with the Omada controller) left much to be desired.This UniFi switch, though pricey, delivers excellent value. The build quality is impressive - it has a satisfying heft that reflects its premium construction. Setup was remarkably smooth using the UniFi Network Controller on Ubuntu Server.
