I never like to write negative reviews but this has a sweet ending. I orders the machine as addition to my new small business. It worked great for two weeks then it stop working. The heating plate refused to heat up. I knew this had to be a glitch because my original machine with the same company works great with no issues. I contacted the seller to request a refund. They responded immediately with an apology and sent a return shipping label. Once I returned the heat press machine they refunded me the money. I’m really happy that they handled the issue quickly. I’ve been unemployed for the last 2 months and I’m praying and working hard to have a successful business. Will I use this seller again? Yes. Will I buy another Vevor heat press machine? Yes, why? Because it’s affordable and does exactly what I need it to do. Thank you and God Bless.

DO NOT BUY!!! The heat plate stopped working I contacted the seller and they sent me wires (without instructions) to rewire (I am not experienced with rewiring equipment, I don't know why they did not just send a new heat plate) the press still would not heat up. To "solve" the problem they just told me try the solution they sent (the wires, which i had already tried) and that they would only refund $50. Now I'm out money and out a working heat press for my business. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I was really excited to use the VEVOR Heat Press Machine, but it turns out it's not as hot as I expected. I mean, I wanted to make some fiery designs, not lukewarm shirts! It swings away nicely, but I think it’s more of a gentle breeze than a heat wave. I tried pressing my T-shirt, and while it did transfer, my design is more “chill vibes” than “hot off the press.” If you're looking for a machine to take your craft game up a notch, this one might just keep you on the “warm” side of creativity! Still, it’s a solid machine for the price—just don’t expect it to throw a party for your designs!

Assembly is a nightmare…came scratched, full of dust, and discolored. The sponge is speckled. I wasn’t expecting the best but save your money and look elsewhere. One of the bolts required to be removed for the handle is stuck and caused me to bleed. The wrench is terrible quality. My other family members also tried and could not get it open.

I haven’t used it yet because it did not come with a manual or instructions. Very frustrating because it was delivered later than promised and now it has no manual to tell me how to use it or even put it together.

This product has a lot of cool spots. I haven’t gotten to use any of the attachments yet . I only had this product for a few months. While it was heating up I kept hearing a popping noise. I went to check on it and found cracks on both sides of the machine.
