I recently purchased the Baybee electric swing for my infant, hoping for a reliable and comfortable option. However, I'm deeply disappointed with the product's quality and performance.Upon receiving the swing, I noticed several defects immediately. The plastic material felt flimsy and cheap, and after just a few uses, it started showing signs of wear and tear. Moreover, the swing's motor began malfunctioning, resulting in erratic movements that could potentially endanger my baby's safety.As a parent, the safety and comfort of my infant are paramount, and this swing fails to meet even the basic standards. I strongly advise against purchasing the Baybee electric swing for infants. Its defective design and poor quality not only pose a risk to babies but also result in frustration and disappointment for parents. Consider alternative options from reputable brands that prioritize safety and reliability.

Can you please replace remote as some buttons are not working.

Cloth is so tight and small as it's not covering the seat.. I am not able to replace it
