Received Defective product
It's dissapointed that for this repeat order I received a defective product. I had requested replacement product, but the replacement still come with a defective one, which defects similar in nature to the first one. Supplier should have inspected and ensure it's a good one before sending the replacement, which was not the case, very disappointing. I had to request for a refund, as no more option to request the replacement for the 2nd time. It seems the product defects is due to ages of the product.

Poor quality
On the 3rd day of using, it started disintegrating and tearing on the edges. Poor quality material. Such a waste of money and mostly embarrassing as it was given as a Christmas gift.
