Easier than hunting for the refrigerated cartons
This is my second order. Flaxmilk + Protein is by far my favorite plant-based milk (and I suspect the best for the planet). Supermarkets in our region of NE Massachusetts do not reliably stock the refrigerated cartons so I've turned to Amazon for these non-refrigerated ones. Expiration is 8-9 months.

Wonderful
I love the plant base “milk”. It's better than the real stuff.

Healthy and handy
It tastes ok to me, not sweet, high in protain. I can add it when I make smoothies. Can be kept in my pantry for a longer period of time until I need it.

Ok
I got this as an alternative to something Amazon was out of. It's OK. I find it tastes good, but it is thin.

Absolutely delicious and doesn’t separate in hot tea
I recently discovered I deal with autoimmunity and so started the AIP Protocol Elimination diet. I’ve struggled to find a dairy substitute that I like that fits the Modified Protocol that I am following. I found this flax milk and it was live at first sniff! I have gotten used to not putting any dairy in my morning black tea, but decided to give this flax milk a chance. DELICIOUS! And it doesn’t separate like other non-dairy milks have a tendency to do. Worth the money. Thank you to Good Karma!!!

Six years of loyalty coming to an end (reformulated, not reflected yet in the amazon listing)
Good Karma ( / new owner Kellogg’s) have completely ruined the product. I’ve been a daily consumer of their flax milk products for over six years, and unfortunately that has come to an end. Good Karma has lost sight of why people drink this beverage: for the “+ protein“ which is no longer high in the beverage (now 5g/serving, down from 8g), despite being advertised. Cane sugar is now listed above pea protein on the ingredients list, and iron and phosphorus have decreased as well. For those of you who have blood sugar/glucose concerns, be warned: they have halved the protein content but kept the sugar the same, so every 1g of protein is offset by 2g of sugar. This product WILL hit the bloodstream differently and cause blood sugar / glucose spikes. This is marketed as “+ protein;” if you are going to market yourself as + protein, understand that the consumers, somewhat reasonably, will expect this drink to have protein. Since you halved the amount of protein, this is now the same old undifferentiated sugar water as rice milk, oat milk, and coconut milk. You have lost the value you brought to the table relative to other products. Since Kellogg’s acquired Good Karma in 2023, they have taken an incredible product and utterly destroyed what made it great. Deeply, DEEPLY disappointing. For those of you who are tracking protein intake, be warned that this beverage can no longer be a staple. I intend to switch over to Ripple milk, even though it’s somewhat lacking in flavor, as this revised flax milk is now lacking in BOTH protein and flavor. Open to other high-protein non-dairy milks…
