Waterproof Issue
Dear supplier,I bought this watch on 23rd of Dec 2024.It has been very effective in all it's functions. However on 27th of April 2024, I went to swim in our swimming pool and it stopped workingIs there anything that you can do to help? I bought it at high price and I feel the pain of loosing it.

Broken touch screen after 3month
after 3 months of use the touchscreen broke and the battery started to discharge in a few hours

Battery life supur
Only had the watch a short time and so far very pleased. The battery life is excellent. My last expensive watch was so power hungry I had to charge it every night, so could not monitor my sleep patterns. It has great interface and large selection of watch faces. Any criticism I do have is it does not allow wireless charging and you need to use specific charger type. They are cheap enough though and bought two extra (just for ease of mind). Love the workout software, seems to record info correctly. I would say don't take the feed back from the watch as completely accurate, for example, it did not detect the time I was awake during the night, going to the toilet etc. Unless it was counting light sleep as awake. Other than that, thumbs up.

Je possédais auparavant le modèle antérieur (GTS) tombé en panne improbable (blocage écran) et ai choisi celui-ci d'un prix raisonnable. Tout est amélioré (qualité écran, sensibilité, réactivité, précision, applications) un grand choix d'affichage sauf que l'on découvre que certains très précis et ergonomiques sont désormais payants, autonomie bonne : utilisée depuis 12 jours avec une autonomie restante de 34%. Pour conclure : pour le moment suis très satisfait

Everything for a good price!
Watch is so.far perfect. Battery life is excellent. -6%/day. Everything is working fine, notifications are even faster than on samsung watch4 even if it diesnt have wifi.

Tolle Uhr, kleine Schwierigkeiten
Die Uhr macht erst einmal einen guten Eindruck. Sie ist leicht, nicht zu groß und fühlt sich für den Preis entsprechend wertig an. Natürlich nicht mit einer Enduro Tic Watch o.ä. zu vergleichen, aber die liegt ja auch in einem ganz anderen Preissegment.Mit Hilfe der App ist sie schnell eingeschaltet und verbunden. Viele, ausreichende Funktionen wie andere schon geschrieben haben.Einzig die Einrichtung von Spotify (bzw. dass ich Spotify über die Uhr steuern kann) hat sich schwieriger erwiesen als gedacht. Nachdem alle Berechtigungen endlich am Handy und an der Uhr selbst eingeschaltet und angepasst waren, ging aber auch das prima.Von 66 auf 100% hat sie in einer knappen dreiviertel Stunde geladen. In nun gut 3 Stunden hat sie 4% Akku verloren, ich habe aber auch noch einiges ausprobiert und angepasst.Bis jetzt top zufrieden :)
