I am an avid mushroom supplemental user and you’d need to buy several bottles for the listed fungi here. The dose is one pill of 600mg a day. Depending on your needs, this may or may not suffice. The actual dosage is not clear: each mushroom is listed as a percentage of 1:1 or 4:1 not making it very clear how much of each you’re getting.I already drink a mushroom coffee and a mushroom energy drop so this suffices for me but as an addition to my already existing regimen.

This is a blend of 7 trendy functional mushrooms that may have a variety of health benefits. At a one capsule per day serving, it's not much of them especially at mostly 1:1 extracts. The capsules are easy to swallow and no aftertaste or digestion issues. There's no mention of GMP certification or 3rd party testing, but it's gluten-free and non-GMO. The price seems a bit high for such small servings without safety reassurances.
