Easier for me to take because it doesn’t smell as bad as most B complex vitamins

I had been taking just b-12 for a few years and doc recommended that I consider taking a full range of B as my blood test shows that I am doing fine don't need to concentrate on just the b-12. B vitamins are good for our bones and this complements the range of calcium and other vitamins and minerals that I am taking. I can't answer to absorbency but I do know I need take this with food at a different time of day from the other supplements. I don't detect any "flavor"

These are large capsules but I have been able to digest these with no issues. They seem to be helping me. I take one on the morning and feel more energetic and have less brain fog. So many supplement companies are padding their pricing by requiring two or three capsules per dose and it’s nice to not have the price puffery of that in these capsules. One and done. I will repeat my purchase.
