I bought a Wakefit product with high hopes, but what followed was an appalling customer service experience.I reported an issue with my purchase to Wakefit on October 14th and expected a timely resolution, as any reasonable customer would. However, I’ve been met with nothing but empty promises, automated responses, and the classic “24-hour resolution” assurance. To make matters worse, I haven’t received a visit from a carpenter, and my problem remains unresolved.The frustrating part is that despite my numerous follow-ups, Wakefit has shown a complete lack of commitment to resolving my issue. The quality of their after-sales service has been nothing short of a nightmare.Due to this woeful experience, I had no choice but to file an A-to-Z claim through Amazon. This experience has not only cost me valuable time and patience but has left me questioning my decision to ever purchase from Wakefit.In light of my ordeal, I strongly discourage anyone from considering Wakefit products.
