One good thing about lard is,...
After frying food, the lard will re-solidify.. So, scrape, then wipe utensil with kitchen roll. So, it doesn't even get near the kitchen sink. So, no blocked pipes. Unless, you place lard-laden pan in washing up directly???Though, some people keep re-using it, year in-year out?? Lard is pork fat, if its relevant to your dietary preferences.
